career, in convention centers throughout the nation.
Joan "Renee'" Phillips, President
Twenty-One (21) years experience. Renee’s experience spans from; managing the operations from inside of the office to include planning, assembly and implementing event plans to Project Security Manager; Renee’ has worked with a large number of companies in many of the major convention centers all over the country accompanied by many years in sales.
David T. Phillips, National Operations Manager
Seven (7) years experience. David’s experiences include the planning and implementation of event plans for over 100 conventions. David has worked in many of the major convention centers around the country and has managed large numbers of personnel all over the country. He rounds out his abilities with numerous years in sales.
Randy Caperton, National Sales ManagerEleven (11) years experience. Randy is the newest member of the Marshall Robinson & Associates, Inc. family and brings with him his most recent experience from the past six years as the Senior Director of Convention Services for the largest Trade Show security company in Las Vegas, NV. He had the opportunity to plan and implement over 2500 events. His previous experiences have afforded him additional knowledge of numerous vanues around the country.
Jody Zeman, Sr. Project Risk Manager Twenty Six (26) years experience. Jody’s experience includes Convention and Tradeshow Manager, Operations Management and Project Coordination. She has experience planning, implementing and with follow-up for over 100 conventions/trade shows and corporate events.
Sherman D. Klepfer, Risk/IT Manager Sherman started with the Marshall Robinson & Associates team in January 2009. He brings with him over eighteen (18) years of firefighter/investigation experience and over fourteen (14) years of law enforcement experience. Sherman was a member of the East Texas ATF Arson and Explosives Task Force attending several training courses on bomb detection and investigation of bombing incidents. Sherman possesses an Advanced Peace Officer, Crime Prevention Specialist, and Instructor Certifications through the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards & Education as well as Fire Investigation and Hazwoper Certification through Texas Commission on Fire Protection. Sherman also possesses a Private Investigators License through Texas Department of Public Safety – Private Security Bureau. Sherman has attending numerous schools including ATF Bomb Schools, Critical Incident Stress Management, Incident Command Schools, and Terrorism Awareness for First Responders.
