Join us in welcoming Sherman Klepfer to our full time team in the office as our IT Manager. He will also be assisting with event planning and implementation in the field. Sherman brings with him over eighteen (18) years of firefighter/fire investigation experience and over fourteen (14) years of law enforcement experience. He was a member of the East Texas ATF Arson and Explosives Task Force and attended several training courses on bomb detection and the investigation of bombing incidents. Sherman has obtained his Advanced Peace Officer Certification, Crime Prevention Specialist Certification and Instructor Certification through the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards & Education, as well as his Fire Investigation Certification and Hazwoper Certification through Texas Commission on Fire Protection. Sherman holds a Private Investigators License through Texas Department of Public Safety – Private Security Bureau. Sherman has attended numerous training courses and schools, including ATF Bomb, Critical Incident Stress Management, Incident Command, and Terrorism Awareness for First Responders.
